Now that the weather is warmer, it the perfect time to enjoy a few beers on our patio. Nothing’s better than a thirst-quenching microbrew in the warm Colorado sun. Plus, at Satire, we welcome your four-legged friends (on our patio) as one of the few dog-friendly breweries in Denver. Before kicking back with us, take your dog on a hike or to a nearby park. **New Satire Brew** – Bruce
Why Bruce? Bruce is a brown sugar and spruce IPA that starts off sweet and then hits you with little wave of fresh Colorado spruce. It finishes with a delicious hang-on-your-tongue hop flavor. Bruce is like drinking an IPA while walking through the forest. Bruce don’t bring me down! Remember the old ELO song that really is “groose don’t bring me down” a word made up by songwriter, Jeff Lynne, to fill a gap? Later, for fun in concerts, he sang “Bruce” since that’s what we all thought he said to begin with. 8.5%
Hungry? Try our loaded squirrel specials and other apps. Loaded Squirrels, our signature snacks, are fresh baked bread packed full of yumminess. Five per squirrel basket, there’s a reason we call them loaded. They’re very filling. We affectionately refer to them as “inbreads” because, well, they’re in bread.
