Great local craft brews. Family owned and friendly spot. Cozy tasting room and bar with nice music for good conversation, outdoor patio with gorgeous flowers, and back room with screens for game day.

I recently visited Satire Brewing for the first time – they welcomed our Meetup group to host an event in their back room on a busy Thursday evening.
We had a very large group, so I really appreciated the quick service the entire evening. All of the staff were attentive and genuinely friendly, they even allowed our group to stay an hour later past closing time. They were also knowledgeable and passionate about their beers and the food which were all delicious (highly recommend the “Squirrel Mess” scramble). The venue itself was spacious, comfortable, and eclectic – the perfect ambiance for our group.
I can’t believe I’ve lived in Thornton over a year and hadn’t ventured into this area and discovered this amazing place. I’ll definitely be returning for a date night and hopefully more Meetups!

We came in with a large group, and made it very chaotic for the staff. They handled it like champs. Their menu is very creative.
We go there every other Wednesday and they are great! The menus are hilarious and the food is really good. I highly recommend this place!

The most amazing beer with unusual cocktails and food. The staff and owner is so nice! He took the time to come around to each table and see how we were doing. We had no idea until we asked him if he owned it and he proudly said, "Yes". The food is unusual but very good so be sure to check it out when you are there. It gets very busy but lots of seating. All of our friends we take there always go back. A hidden gem for sure!
Absolutely love this place. Great beer, awesome food (especially their bread), and good vibes. Both sad and glad there isn’t a location in Arvada/Westminster (I’d be here way too often). Probably deserves more than 5 stars - HIGHLY recommend
Found this place while on a motorcycle ride. Have been back 3 more times since then. Every beer I have tried so far has been amazing! The food was absolutely delicious! The staff is very friendly! Definitely my new favorite place!!
