I stopped by Satire with a coworker after a happy hour event during the weekday. Even though it was a Wednesday at around 9:00PM, the place was PACKED! It’s a very large space with 2 seating areas and there was still only like 2 empty tables that I saw.
The menu is huge. They pretty much had any kind of beer you can want and with funny names to accompany them. We did not order any food but the food that others ordered around me looked good. The beer I ordered was a simple lager and it tasted great with reasonable pricing.
Service here was impressive. Even with how large the place is and how many people were there, we did not have to wait long at all to be helped and get our stuff including our beers and then our check at the end. Great job staff and managers!
I will be back to have a few beers with good company! Cheers!

Super impressed!
I came in for the food but loved the decor, fellowship and the beer!
The menu was so creative and the loaded squirrels package was delicious (loaded dough – similar to a calzone). Service was great.
I will definitely refer this place to friends and can’t wait to come back!

This place is awesome—the food, the beer, and the staff are incredible. I’ve been a couple of times and was helped by Britney and Ari; both were friendly and courteous. They also had a lot of patience with me when it came to choosing a beer, since I’m a bit picky.

As someone that’s been to 100+ breweries in Colorado, this brewery had one of the largest selections of homemade beers of any brewery I’ve been to. 20+ beers on tap is awesome. I personally tried 8 and they all were flavorful and delicious. A high quality tap room with seltzer and wine options for those less interested in beers. Quality staff and a welcoming atmosphere for children as well. I could not recommend this brewery more. 10 out of 10 and I will definitely visit again.

My business uses Satire once a month for a networking group and time and time again they deliver on a space with fantastic food, beer, and service! From Todd to Amy to the rest of the great staff they are always fantastic. We had a chance last night to use the Moose room for an event and the space was great, the food and drinks were delicious as always! The reason I continue to bring people in time and time again is the outstanding service and accommodations each and every time! Make sure you give them a shot if you’re in the Thornton area looking for a place. Don’t forget to support local!!
