“The vibe here is totally cool. They have really awesome rustic decor inside. It has an old tavern feel to it. The beers we tried were all good. My favorite was the porter and the raspberry racoon! We tried the Guido the Squirrel loaded bread and the Honey Chipotle Sausage meat. All good and flavorful! This place would be AWESOME with a large group, as the back room has a lot of large tables with a lot of seating. I also really appreciate their “satire” humor on the menu. Made me laugh a few times. We’ll definitely be back!!”

“This was my 3rd visit. There are so many microbreweries in the area. How do you choose? Let me give you a hint… this place is a must visit! The beer is EXCELLENT. I personally prefer porters and stouts … they have a great variety of beers on their menu. Black ice was my fav this visit. They have. What I would call empanadas… AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS!!!! 100% recommend! Sit outside if the weather allows!”

“My favorite brewery in Thornton! You have to check this place out. They have two different rooms to hang out in (both very cool). Beers are very good and I especially enjoyed the Belgium Tripell and IPA’s. At least 3 of the staff members spent significant time with us talking and laughing. The best service and the best time I’ve had a brewery in quite some time 🙂”

“Wonderful little brewery tucked out of the way. Very spacious, has a couple of rooms indoors and a beautiful little patio. Great selection of beers and good food menu! The authors of the menus are hilarious!!”

“Holy cow what awesome and welcoming service. I swear all the workers acknowledged us right when we stepped in. Nice dim ambiance in the evening and pretty good beer. The food, which i consider finger foods, was delicious and paired well the drinks. We also went to the distillery next door where I will write another awesome review because we were treated so well in both places. The food menu is the same for both the brewery and distillery but are considered two different entities I believe. Anyhow we will definitely be back and plan to bring our friends and family!!”
