“Hidden gem offering a variety of brews. This quaint place offers some tongue-in-cheek beers like the recommended “Pump the Monkey” Hefeweizen. I can’t help but giggle with food offerings like “loaded squirrels” which amounts to stuffed bread bites. You have to stop by to taste it for yourself.” – Michelle L.
“This is definitely a hidden gem! Todd, Stacy and staff are wonderful and their brews are absolutely delicious, so many flavor combinations! You can order lunch brunch or dinner off the “squirrel menu” or add a shot of whiskey from their neighbors (separate businesses, same location) Mystic Mountain Distillery! “We’re on our first trip to Colorado and this is now our favorite brewery. I know constructive criticism is very helpful, but we have nothing but praises for this establishment. The energy was very positive as soon as we walked in. The ambiance and decor are amazing. The staff were friendly and professional. The menu variety for both food and beer was spectacular! We each tried a couple of different beers without disappointment! The beer and food menus are hilarious! Don’t be afraid to try the food, it’s not actually squirrel meat, but deliciousness incarnate! “Satire Brewery is just a gem in Thornton, Colorado. Todd is a brew master and obviously loves making the best beer. The food is great – the bread is so dang good with honey butter. Everyone who works here is helpful, polite, and create a relaxing environment for all their guests. Can’t wait for summer when we can sit outside and enjoy the gorgeous flowers. “I love satire ! One reason is that the owner always remembers my name, even when I haven’t been in a while. I’m tried 4 different beers today, all were good. The mint stout was not overly minty, I tried smalls of their bourbon barrel aged, rye, and barley wines, all were a nice heavy break from your traditional beers. The bacon is always on point.
