We’re shaking things up again at Satire. Announcing the best new summer beers in Colorado! Cool off with Country Fair Belgian Ale, New Old Fashioned Ale, Spank a Lot, and more on tap alongside several Satire staples.
Enjoy these new brews and our signature squirrel food on our outdoor patio. Nothing beats a thirst-quenching microbrew in the warm Colorado sun. Plus, at Satire, we welcome your four-legged friends (on our patio) to join you. We’re one of few dog-friendly breweries in Thronton.
New Beers at Satire
County Fair Belgian (Belgian Tripel)
Our Classic Belgian Tripel aged in agave. Tastes of fun, candy, and caramelized sugar. Maybe even a little like funnel cake. Guess your server’s weight and win a prize…or get slapped. 9.1% ABV.
New Old Fashioned Ale
A first take at making an Old Fashioned in a beer, so that makes it a new old-fashioned. Delightful oxymoronic libation. Oxymoron? Maybe just made by morons. Citrus and cherry with a malty amber base. We have a bourbon barrel version coming this fall. 5.37% ABV.
Spank A Lot (Summer Shandy)
Not what your Mama used to do to you but a tasty Summer Shandy. Our popular wheat beer, Monkey Spank, in a delightful lemon concoction. So good you will be tempted to drink A LOT of these. Here, It’s okay to Spank A Lot! We won’t tell anybody. 6% ABV.
Shamus Red
Scottish ale with subtle roasted, honey, and toffee notes. Shamus was William Wallace’s cousin, a giant warrior with long red hair and a full bushy red beard known for slaying hundreds of Englishmen. Just kidding. We made it up. 7.2% ABV.
Upcoming Events
4th of July in Thornton — Everything gets going at 4 p.m. at Carpenter Park Fields. Food vendors, beer garden and yes, parachutists floating down onto the field. Thornton Community Band at 5:15 p.m. Kory Brunson Band at 7:30 p.m. Fireworks show at 9:30 p.m. No RVs allowed. Carpooling strongly suggested. The park is at 11000 Colorado Blvd. (108th Ave., & Colorado Blvd.)
Yoga at Satire
Join us for a new Yoga night at Satire. We’re very excited to bring you a great class complete with your favorite poses like Happy Baby, Downward Dog, Tree Pose, and more.
