‘We stopped here on a whim. The brewery is tucked back away from the main street, but is worth the trip. It’s also right off a bike path if you live nearby. Ryan our server was fantastic. They were pretty slammed, and he sat down at our table and walked us through the menu along with his personal picks. With the funny beer names, it was quite the interesting conversation. Food was also tasty and hearty (we had bacon and sweet buns to dip in honey butter, but forgot the names of the items). ‘We were in the neighborhood shopping at the outlet mall. Yelp guided us to Satire brewery. We started out on the outside patio surrounded by colorful flower bourbon barrels and a cold brew. Raindrops took us inside to a Napa type decor playing current country music tunes. The beer was refreshing and our squirrel bites stuffed with spicy sausage, cheese and peppers were original and delish. We had a delay in our order and Todd, the owner, took care of us. He also gave a personal tour to my retired Coor’s man of his brewing process. It was a wonderful, laid back, relaxing experience. Highly recommended! ‘Everyone here is so hospitable! We got a taste of just about every tap and not a single bad one. I recommend trying the Dilldo for a completely unique flavor. Their meat platter has really really good sausage and bacon. We had our dog out on the patio and they gave her a bowl of water too. ‘Stopped here to get some beer to go. I was impressed by the space and atmosphere. Unfortunately, we didn’t stay very long as safer at home restrictions still apply. We did sample many beers before choosing 2 growlers, one was a dark ale especially tasty and unique. The staff was excellent, knowledgeable and eager to talk about the beers.
